"I am writing to say thank you for your assistance with my daughter last Friday. She had visited the practice earlier that week to have her braces fitted and had been extremely nervous about the appointment. Dr Christine Prince and her assistant Nicky were fantastic, patient and professional and able to put her at her ease during the procedure, which made all the difference to both of us.​

Unfortunately my daughter was hit in the mouth, by accident, at school on Friday and as a result the inside of her lip got caught on her brace. In considerable discomfort and very distraught, having sat in Paulton Casualty for a couple of hours beforehand (who were unable to help in any way), we were able to see Dr Christine Prince and her assistant Fran. As you can imagine my daughter was in a great deal of discomfort and very agitated. Both Christine and Fran worked hard to re-assure her and resolve the situation.
I cannot thank them both enough, and want to express my sincere gratitude for their assistance. It was a very difficult situation, and they managed to work with my daughter who was not very co-operative, to get the job done."
