Having worked hard to make the practice safe for patients and staff, we are pleased to be able to offer emergency face to face appointments. Please only contact the practice if you have an emergency. All patients will be contacted as soon as we are able to offer routine appointments. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Following updated advice from the OFFICE OF THE CHIEF DENTAL OFFICER released on 28th May 2020 stating that practices can now begin a phased opening as of the 8th June 2020 we have released a new video for your information

ALL ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED.
THERE IS NO NEED TO CONTACT US.
AS SOON AS WE ARE ADVISED THAT WE ARE ABLE TO SEE PATIENTS FOR ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS WE WILL CONTACT YOU.

Dear Patients, Parents and Guardians
These are extraordinary times and we are all having to adjust the fabric of our lives for the ultimate health and wellbeing of our shared communities.
We at Wells Orthodontics are acutely aware that our patients in both Somerset and Wiltshire are concerned about the continuity of their orthodontic treatment. I would like to reassure you that we are doing all we can to manage and mitigate any concerns and difficulties that you may have. You will be aware that local and national advice is changing hourly and daily and this applies to our profession. Therefore, on behalf of the team in Wells and Westbury I would like to thank you for your patience.
NHS England has now advised that we cease all ‘face-to-face’ contact with patients. Where necessary, please telephone the practice on 01749 675825 or email email@example.com. We will provide you with guidance and help allay your concerns. I would ask that you please remain patient and understanding with my magnificent staff members as we have a very limited team who are managing a large number of telephone calls and emails.
Sadly, it is inevitable that there will be a delay in routine treatment scheduling. Given these circumstances, please remember to maintain good levels of oral hygiene (e.g twice daily inter-dental brushes, normal toothbrushing at least 2-3 times daily, maintain a soft, low sugar/low acid diet).
