At aged 39 I realised that when speaking to people I was totally contorting my face in order to hide me crooked teeth. Rarely would I smile.

Having resisted a brace as a teenager because I thought it would ruin my “street cred” I decided it was time to consider my adult “street cred”. How nice it would be to communicate and smile again.

The first step was the hard part, coming to the first appointment, the rest you made easy for me. The friendliness and professionalism you have shown to me has made my treatment a pleasurable experience.

Every step of the way I have felt relaxed and informed. I was made to feel very special by everyone without exception, two years of treatment have flown by and the result is amazing.

Dear Jenny

Thank you very much for the recent Orthodontic treatment you carried out for me. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The ‘Invisalign’ system is truly excellent. The trays were easy and comfortable to wear and were not inhibiting or limiting in any way. The whole process was remarkably simple, fast and effective.

Having spent most of my 63 years being  conscious of the very large gap between my front teeth, I was full of trepidation when I made my first visit to Wells to see Jennifer Kingston. Was I being impossibly vain in even considering altering my appearance so drastically, especially as an older woman? Jenny reassured me and filled me with confidence as she talked to me as a whole person and not just a set of teeth.  My braces were fitted, a certain amount of discomfort dealt with and a year later when they were removed I could not believe how beautiful my teeth looked!

Looking back I realise that I had avoided the camera whenever I could, which is sad as I am missing from so many family records. Now, however, it is totally different and I am attracted to a camera like a bee to honey! I was married this June and am absolutely thrilled to see my dazzling smile in so many precious pictures.  A huge thank you to everyone at Wells Orthodontics who looked after me, you really have changed my life.
